2022 Student Orientation Information

Attention parents: below are all the items mentioned in the letter you recently received in the mail for the 2022 Student Orientation. If you are unable to access any of the files, copies will be available at the receptionist’s desk at school and at Student Orientation. In order to view and/or print forms, please click the name of the form in the Information and Reminders section of this page.

Generic Fee Sheet by Grade Level

Please consult the Generic Fee Sheet by Grade Level for information regarding what will be required to purchase, as well as what purchases are optional and/or class dependent.

Grade Level Fees

Parents have the opportunity to pay their son’s Grade Level Fee, online only, anytime from July 1 – July 31, 2022. This opportunity will allow families to ‘offset’ the required beginning of the school year fees for which payment is required at the August Student Orientation. Additional course-specific fees and/or optional purchases will be due at the August Student Orientation.

If you choose to pay the Grade Level Fee online during July, and you have more than one son who attends Brother Martin, then you must complete a separate transaction for each student.

If you choose not to pay these fees online during the month of July, and you’d like to pay all of your fees in August including the Grade Level Fee, then you can pay all of the fees on your son’s Student Orientation day in August.

Please note that the Student Grade Level Fee early payment will only be available from July 1 – July 31, 2022.
