Flu Shot Clinic Available on Campus on August 28th
On Wednesday, August 28, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Passport Health will be administering flu shots to any Brother Martin student and/or family member in the front lobby on campus.
If your health insurance provider is Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health Care, or Humana, the shot can be billed to them. Just make sure you or your son has a signed consent form along with a copy of your health insurance card and a copy of the primary card holder’s driver’s license. The shot is $30.00 if you are insured with another company.
