Crusaders “Take the Next Step” Toward College Success

The College Placement Office at Brother Martin High School hosted its annual “Take the Next Step” program for juniors and their parents. The goal of the evening was to provide information regarding the college research and application process. After an opportunity to visit with college representatives at our college fair in the Tom and Gayle Benson Mall, our junior Crusaders and their parents were able to choose to attend 3 sessions from the 16 breakout sessions that were offered. The breakout sessions covered topics such as “The Financial Aid Search,” “Completing the Common App,” and “Applying to Competitive Colleges and Universities.” All sessions were presented by admissions representatives from their respective colleges and universities. “Take the Next Step” is just one out of many resources offered to our Crusaders to help them prepare for college.
