Brother Martin Alumni Cook Up the Competition at Our 2022 Crusader Cook-Off
On Sunday, October 2 Alumni, family, and friends enjoyed the 2022 Crusader Cook-off, Homebrew Competition, and Cornhole Tournament. Hundreds of people enjoyed delicious food, drinks, and camaraderie in the backyard.
The competitors cooked up the competition with 21 different dishes and 20 different homebrews, but Pop’s Provisions was named the champions with the team’s Shredded Brisket Tacos. “Pop’s Provisions” featured Tommy Donelon, II ’96, Mike Donelon ’97, Matt Donelon ’99, Mike Lemoine, II ’02, Kevin Bergeron, and Ryan Landry.
Scott Walker ’93 emceed the event, and Pat Barbaro ’85 served as the DJ. Guest judges, a huge TV screen to watch the Saints, raffles, the Crusader Cornhole Tournament, and a bouncy house for the kids all added to the fun.
