Brother Martin Culinary Crusaders Serve at NJROTC Military Ball
The Culinary Crusaders cooked and served a three course meal for eighty members of the Brother Martin NJROTC and their dates during our 2024 Military Ball. For the first course, Crusaders prepared homemade mac and cheese topped with bacon bits. The entrée included seared ribeyes that had been marinated overnight, potatoes au gratin, and steamed vegetables. The dessert was vanilla ice cream and a chocolate chip cookie topped with a caramel and raspberry drizzle.
