Can You Find It On a Map?
The school World Geography Bee took place in the library on Thursday, January 16th. Eleven students, who won their individual class bees, competed against each other in the Final Round and the Championship Round. The winner of the school bee was Andrew Richardson. The runner up was Kairell Sandifer, and the third place finisher was Daniel Petrov.
Andrew will now take the state qualifying test and will represent Brother Martin in the State Geography Bee which will be held in Baton Rouge on April 4th should he qualify. Congratulations to all of our participants and in particular to Andrew!
