Class of 1986 Honors Classmate Jacques Fontan ’86

The Class of 1986 raised money to honor their deceased classmate Navy SEAL Jacques Fontan ’86.  Don Moore ’86, Paul Ulfers ’86 and others spearheaded the effort that resulted in a sponsorship in Jacques’ name. The sponsorship supports Kelly Gibson’s “Swing Hard for Soldiers” benefit golf tournament plus a generous donation to Brother Martin for the Harold Bologna ’86 Scholarship and to support our NJROTC program. Additionally, classmates received a signed copy of “A Beautiful Tragedy”, the story of Jacques’ widow Char Fontan-Westfall’s experience. The book is on display on campus.
