Four Students Chosen for Choral Directors' All-State Honor Choir

Four Brother Martin students were selected to the Louisiana American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Men’s All-State Honor Choir.

The students are seniors Andrew Butler and Adam Schwarzenbach, and juniors Keelan Didier and Hunter Dunn.

For the audition, the applicants submitted a recording of a song to be scored by a panel of judges. Their recordings were judged against recordings received from across the state.

In late October, they will participate in rehearsals and a performance with the La. ACDA Men’s All-State Choir under the direction of Dr. Jeb Mueller from the University of Houston. The performance will coincide with the 2017 Louisiana ACDA Fall Vocal Conference in New Orleans.
