Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt ’78 Speaks to Law Studies
Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt ’78, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, spoke to Brother Martin’s Law Studies class on November 29 about the Bill of Rights and cases handled by the federal courts (district and appellate courts). Judge Engelhardt also provided valuable and practical guidance for our students emanating from the recent confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh as a U.S. Supreme Court Justice.
